Letters and documents you can use straight away — print them, or forward them to an employer, a local business or your supermarket manager.
Containers for Change
Every eligible bottle and can is 10¢ towards the tour. Drop containers at any Containers for Change refund point and quote our scheme ID — or share the code with friends, family and workmates so their empties count too.
We're registering the team's scheme ID now. As soon as it's live it will appear here with a QR code you can screenshot and keep in your phone.
Sponsor the tour
Know a business that would get behind the boys? Sponsorship is the fastest way to bring the cost down for every family. The sponsor prospectus Coming soon sets out the levels and inclusions — here's how it works:
-
Get in touch with Renee
Email reneestafford1@icloud.com with the contact person's name, the organisation, the sponsor level or amount, and their email address.
-
A tax invoice is arranged
Renee contacts DJ at the Dolphins to raise a tax invoice for the sponsorship.
-
Invoice sent, logo collected
Renee sends the tax invoice to the sponsor for payment and collects their logo for tour recognition.
Raffle prizes wanted
We'll be arranging a blitz weekend for the boys to ask local businesses for raffle prize donations. In the meantime — if you, your employer, or friends and family can arrange gifts and prizes to be donated, that would be a huge help. Every prize donated goes straight into the weekly raffles at the Apollonian and the Yacht Club.
Got a prize to donate? Email Renee or bring it along to any club event.
Parent contributions
Tour contributions are paid into the club's tour account. Use your son's name as the payment reference so it's credited to the right player, and follow the suggested milestones to spread the cost.
