Letters and documents you can use straight away โ print them, or forward them to an employer, a local business or your supermarket manager.
Containers for Change
Every eligible bottle and can is 10ยข towards the tour. Our member number is registered to Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union โ screenshot the QR code, keep it in your phone, and share it with family, friends and workmates so their empties count too.
Quote this number โ or scan the QR code โ whenever you return containers, and the refund goes straight to the tour.

Two ways to collect your 10ยข containers
-
Take them to a refund point
Drop your containers at any Containers for Change refund point and give member number C11779632 so the refund is credited to the tour.
-
Bring them to the club
Bring your 10ยข containers from home, your family and neighbours to the club and add them to one of the green bins.
Boys collecting around the neighbourhood? There's a letter to ask neighbours for their containers โ it's in the downloads area too.
Sponsor the tour
Know a business that would get behind the boys? Sponsorship is the fastest way to bring the cost down for every family. The sponsor prospectus sets out the levels and inclusions โ here's how it works:
-
Confirm the commitment, then email Renee
When you have a sponsorship commitment confirmed, email reneestafford1@icloud.com with the contact person's name, the organisation, the sponsor level or amount, and their email address.
-
A tax invoice is arranged
Renee contacts DJ at the Dolphins to raise a tax invoice for the sponsorship.
-
Invoice sent, logo collected
Renee sends the tax invoice to the sponsor for payment and collects their logo for tour recognition.
Raffle prizes wanted
We'll be arranging a blitz weekend for the boys to ask local businesses for raffle prize donations. In the meantime โ if you, your employer, or friends and family can arrange gifts and prizes to be donated, that would be a huge help. Every prize donated goes straight into the weekly raffles at the Apollonian and the Yacht Club.
Got a prize to donate? Message Liz, Stacey or Renee on the Heja app, or bring it along to any club event.
Parent contributions
Tour contributions are paid into the club's tour account. Use your son's name as the payment reference so it's credited to the right player, and follow the suggested milestones to spread the cost.
